周界风对煤粉锅炉结渣特性影响的数值模拟

Abstract:

针对某超临界600mw机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃烧器区域存在的严重结渣问题,借助fluent软件对其燃烧过程进行了模拟。结果表明:结渣位于沿射流方向靠近喷口处,结渣的主要原因为该处氧含量低,烟气温度高于入炉煤的灰软化温度(st);当周界风风速调整至60m/s时,各横截面结渣处温度均低于灰软化温度,可以解决锅炉结渣问题,提高锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。
