垃圾电站hcl气体高温脱除实验研究

Abstract:
研制了一种高效的hcl气体高温脱除剂,在固定床反应器中,考察了该脱除剂在高温下(800~950℃)对hcl的脱除性能和机理。结果表明:利用体积浓度40%的乙醇溶液对cao进行改性即可得到高效的hcl气体高温脱除剂,改性后cao的比表面积和孔容积分别增大了4倍和7倍,hcl脱除效率平均提高了20%左右;乙醇改性后cao的孔隙结构更加丰富,且在高温下脱除剂表面会产生稀松层,有利于hcl的脱除;cao脱除hcl后的产物主要是cacloh和cacl2,cacloh是cao与hcl反应的初期形式。
