炭基负载v2o5脱硝催化剂低温脱硝性能

Abstract:
采用固定床反应器考察了在不同烟气条件下活性炭负载v2o5(v2o5/ac)脱硝催化剂的低温scr脱硝性能。结果表明:活性炭负载v2o5后吸附no的能力有所提升,吸附nh3的能力显著增强;所制备的v2o5/ac催化剂可在250℃、空速36000l/(kg?h)的条件下表现出高达90%的脱硝效率,虽然继续升高温度能够进一步提高脱硝效率,但也会造成活性炭的烧蚀;当模拟烟气中加入h2o时会导致催化剂脱硝性能的下降。暂态响应实验结果表明o2的存在是scr脱硝反应连续进行的必要条件。
