湿蒸汽两相流完全汽化数值分析

Abstract:

为了分析影响湿蒸汽完全汽化的因素及其影响机理,将湿蒸汽中的液滴简化为球形颗粒,采用schillernaumann模型对相间作用力进行计算,以标准k-ε模型作为湍流模型,采用加强壁面函数法进行壁面处理,研究分析湿蒸汽完全汽化长度与加热功率、液滴平均直径、蒸汽湿度和蒸汽流速等因素的关系。结果表明:湿蒸汽完全汽化长度与加热功率呈反比线性关系;液滴直径越大,其分布越不均匀,湿蒸汽汽化长度越长,其完全汽化长度与液滴直径呈正比线性关系;蒸汽湿度越大,其汽化长度越长,其完全汽化长度与蒸汽湿度呈正比线性关系;管道入口流速越大,液滴分布越不均匀,汽化段长度越长,其完全汽化长度与管道入口流速呈正比线性关系。
