循环流化床锅炉主蒸汽压力模型预测控制

Abstract:

由于循环流化床(cfb)锅炉主蒸汽压力控制系统的大延时性,使得常规pid,pi控制方法难以取得较好的调节效果。对此,提出了一种基于模型预测控制(mpc)的主蒸汽压力控制方法,将该算法运用于主蒸汽压力控制系统,并对系统进行负荷扰动仿真试验,以验证控制效果。结果表明,基于mpc的主蒸汽压力控制系统稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性和抗干扰能力均优于常规pid,pi控制。
