红土对生物质中k元素赋存迁移特性的影响

Abstract:

生物质由于含有较多的碱金属(主要是k元素),燃烧会导致设备结渣。而红土由于富含硅铝元素,可在生物质燃烧过程中捕捉碱金属,减少碱金属和低高温灰的熔融、结渣与聚团。为此,对生物质中k元素的赋存迁移规律,以及红土对k元素的赋存规律及迁移特性等的影响进行了研究。结果表明:红土对生物质中k元素赋存迁移规律的影响机理与高岭土相同,作用水平也与高岭土相近,是优良的生物质结渣抑制剂;添加少量红土后,生物质燃烧过程中水溶性k倾向于转变为kalsio4、kalsi2o6、kalsi3o8等硅铝酸盐,使得气相k释放量减少,该过程反应与纯生物质燃烧过程中k元素的反应相同,且反应被促进。
