电厂换热设备微生物污垢沉积与腐蚀实验

Abstract:

为了研究换热设备上微生物污垢的特性,采用易形成微生物污垢的铁细菌进行静态微生物污垢实验。采用扫描电镜对实验前、后的低碳钢片拍摄电镜图,用称重法记录污垢变化,采用光电比浊法记录铁细菌的数量变化。实验结果表明:低碳钢在清水环境中仅发生轻微腐蚀,有铁细菌存在后腐蚀会急剧增加;铁细菌会使碳钢表面发生严重的腐蚀并形成微生物污垢沉积;微生物污垢沉积与微生物腐蚀同时进行,当污垢沉积影响大于微生物腐蚀时,表现为污垢沉积,当微生物腐蚀影响大于污垢沉积时,表现为微生物腐蚀。
