多因素影响下平板气膜冷却效果的数值模拟

Abstract:
利用fluent软件对n-s方程进行求解,采用realizablek-ε模型,通过正交方法模拟孔型(选取姊妹孔、开槽圆柱孔、开槽姊妹孔)、吹风比和湍流度3个因素对平板气膜冷却效果的影响,选择最优冷却方案。结果表明:孔型对平板冷却效率的影响最大;采用开槽圆柱孔、吹风比为2.0、湍流度为15%时,平板表面气膜冷却效率最佳,比最低方案的冷却效率高167%,为3因素影响下的最优方案;采用姊妹孔冷却平板,气膜覆盖范围较小,平均冷却效率随吹风比的增大而降低;横槽与离散孔的有效结合能够抑制反向对涡旋的形成,从而提高冷却效率。
