富氢气氛对煤热解特性的影响

Abstract:
利用热天平对陕西延长烟煤进行ar,ch4,h2及3种混合气(φ(ch4)∶φ(h2)分别为1∶1,2∶1,1∶2)气氛下的热解实验。结果表明:随着升温速率的增加,ch4气氛下延长煤失重增加,而h2气氛下失重减小;与惰性气氛相比,在h2和ch4气氛中,气氛气体会促进煤热解失重;在高温时,h2和ch4混合气氛中过多的h2不利于煤热解时挥发分的析出,但h2对ch4的炭化有抑制作用;通过eds,sem和化学法分析,富氢气氛比惰性气氛更利于s的脱除,形成的煤焦孔结构更显著;混合气氛中煤焦表面颗粒物相对于ch4气氛减少。
