添加硅藻土对v?w?ti催化剂活性的影响

Abstract:

采用活性溶液浸渍粉末载体法制备了一系列v2o5-wo3/tio2-diatomite催化剂,在催化剂性能评价试验台中,研究了硅藻土的不同加入量0,30%,40%,50%对催化剂scr脱硝性能的影响,并通过比表面积、扫描电镜等方法对催化剂微观结构进行研究。结果表明:在tio2载体中添加适当比例的硅藻土能增加催化剂的比表面积和总孔容,从而提高活性元素在载体表面的分散度;在tio2载体中添加30%的硅藻土所制备的催化剂no脱除率和高温区的稳定性最好,其活性温度范围为275~375℃,在此范围内,no脱除率为85.8%~87.1%;可节省大约30%的tio2用料成本。
