低压省煤器升温缓蚀技术的经济性分析

Abstract:
加装低压省煤器是降低电站锅炉排烟温度的有效途径,但会造成受热面腐蚀。对此,提出在低压省煤器低温管段内壁铺设低导热系数涂层以提高壁温,从而有效减缓低温腐蚀。以1000mw机组为例,计算分析了不同涂层厚度对受热面壁温和传热系数的影响。结果表明,与光管换热器相比,在维持换热器吸热量不变的条件下,采用在低压省煤器受热面低温段内表面铺设厚度为0.2mm的低导热系数涂层的方案,可使总换热系数下降9.1%,传热温差增加33.3%,减小受热面面积13.0%,降低烟气阻力70pa,经济效益显著。
