hvaf和hvof喷涂wc?cocr涂层的组织性能对比

Abstract:
wc-cocr涂层的组织结构和抗冲蚀性能主要取决于喷涂工艺。采用活化燃烧-超音速火焰喷涂(hvaf)和传统超音速火焰喷涂(hvof)2种工艺喷涂wc-cocr涂层,并对这2种wc-cocr涂层的组织结构和抗冲蚀性能进行对比。结果表明:hvaf涂层孔隙率为0.2%,而hvof涂层孔隙率为2.3%,与hvof相比,hvaf涂层具有较低的孔隙率及表面粗糙度,涂层组织结构更均匀;hvaf过程中,wc颗粒在沉积过程中破碎,wc颗粒细小,hvaf焰流中wc的分解程度弱于在hvof焰流中的分解程度;hvaf涂层平均硬度达到1450hv0.3,在15°攻角下,其抗冲蚀阻力比hvof涂层提高了59.4%,比0cr13ni5mo基体提高了104.1%;90°攻角下,hvaf涂层的抗冲蚀阻力比hvof涂层提高了16%。
