电站低温余热回收工艺热经济性分析

Abstract:

针对电站低温烟气和乏汽余热的特点,提出了采用低压省煤器与第一类吸收式热泵集成回收低温余热的工艺方案,以某150mw机组的额定纯凝(tha)和额定抽汽2种工况为基准分别对烟气、乏汽及系统进行余热回收计算,结果表明:采用低温余热回收工艺方案后,2种工况下,机组发电功率分别增加了2.37mw,2.97mw,循环热效率分别增加了0.51%,0.60%;冷却塔中循环水量减少,热负荷降低,有利于节约用水。
