Abstract:
火电厂锅炉总燃料跳闸(mft)是实现锅炉保护功能的安全仪表系统,为了确保安全功能的正常运行,对其进行了预防性维修策略的研究。结合火电厂实际运行工况,以mft的炉膛压力保护系统为研究对象,建立了马尔科夫模型;应用可靠性和安全性理论,以可用率和可靠性最高、维修费用最低为目标,实施多目标优化策略;在规程规定时间范围内,优化预防性维修间隔。
