基于mcp?csh的超临界机组再热蒸汽温度控制

Abstract:

针对超临界机组再热蒸汽温度采用传统pid控制难以达到较好控制品质的问题,将基于多容惯性标准传递函数方法设计的串联校正状态反馈协调型(mcp-csh)控制器用于再热蒸汽温度控制。仿真结果为:设定值扰动时,控制系统响应无超调且调整时间短;燃料扰动时,控制系统响应的最大动态偏差仅为传统pid控制的50%;鲁棒性试验时,在过程惯性时间上浮32%或过程增益下降80%情况下控制系统仍然保持良好的控制品质。对比表明,新型控制器的再热蒸汽温度控制品质显著优于传统pid控制器。
