生物质与塑料类垃圾混烧过程的重金属迁移特性

Abstract:
为了研究生物质与塑料类垃圾混烧对失重率和重金属pb,cu,zn迁移特性的影响,利用管式炉和原子吸收分光光度计对木、纸、橡胶、再生pe、再生pp、再生ps和再生pvc7种组分进行燃烧试验。结果表明:1)生物质与塑料类垃圾混烧会不同程度地降低样品失重率,纸比木降幅更明显;2)单样燃烧时,900℃下pb的挥发率可达85%以上,1000℃下4种塑料中cu的挥发率可达85%以上,高温阶段zn的挥发率明显上升;3)纸与除pvc外的塑料混烧可以使pb固定在底灰中;4)木、纸分别与pvc和橡胶混烧,可以使cu固定在底灰中;5)木与除橡胶外的塑料混烧、纸与ps混烧,均可使zn固定在底灰中。
