锅炉制粉系统故障诊断方法

Abstract:
为了提高火电厂锅炉制粉系统的可靠性,分析了制粉系统常见的故障征兆参数及其选择方法,并对常见故障类型进行了重新分类;综述了制粉系统故障诊断的各种方法,通过对各种方法的对比分析,评述其各自的优缺点;指出了制粉系统故障诊断存在的问题,并提出了应对方法,以期提高制粉系统运行的安全性和经济性。
