基于热力性能机理模型与模糊综合评价的锅炉受热面吹灰优化

Abstract:
针对锅炉对流受热面的积灰结渣现象,结合理论传热系数和实际传热系数的计算方法,给出了根据清洁因子进行在线监测受热面污染程度的方法。根据理论模型和实测数据对锅炉性能进行预测,提供了实时采集热工参数的预处理方法,并对积灰和吹灰过程的经济性进行了分析。考虑与吹灰有关的多种因素,建立了锅炉吹灰的模糊综合评价模型。在此基础上,提出了基于热力性能机理模型和模糊综合评价的锅炉受热面吹灰优化模型,对是否进行吹灰的判定进行了优化。将该模型应用于某亚临界300mw机组的仿真机进行验证,结果表明:额定负荷下,该机组过热器的最佳吹灰间隔为9.14h。
