湿法烟气脱硫燃煤锅炉烟气颗粒物的排放特性研究

Abstract:
对某电站2台燃煤锅炉进行颗粒物采样,发现颗粒物排放呈3模态分布,细模态颗粒物主要由na和mg元素组成,粒径峰值为0.1μm;中间模态和粗模态颗粒物则由si和al元素组成,中间模态粒径峰值为0.6μm,粗模态粒径峰值为8μm。颗粒物随烟气进入湿法烟气脱硫装置后,由于外来ca和s的转化,超细颗粒物浓度增加,而粗颗粒物浓度由于物理洗涤的作用逐渐减少。
