垃圾焚烧烟气喷雾干燥净化实验研究

Abstract:
在喷雾干燥塔内距顶部120mm处加装均流板以优化塔内流场及温度场,通过试验研究垃圾焚烧烟气在塔内的温度分布,考察影响其净化效率的参数。结果表明:烟气从塔上部进入,经净化后由下部排出,烟气温度在塔上部下降迅速,塔中部以后下降较缓慢,径向烟气温度分布均匀;随化学计量比和均流板开孔区域直径的增大,烟气净化率提高;随入口烟气温度的提高,so2的脱除率明显增加,hcl的脱除率无明显变化;随烟气流速的增加,ca(oh)2浆滴对so2、hcl的脱除效率降低,其中so2脱除效率的降低程度大于hcl。
