燃用废塑料循环流化床锅炉过热器在气相条件下的腐蚀特性研究

Abstract:
在模拟烟气的条件下,于管式炉中采用腐蚀增重法研究了低参数循环流化床(cfb)锅炉过热器常用材料20g在不同盐酸浓度(0.1%~0.2%)及温度(500~600℃)下的腐蚀特性,并进行动力学分析。结果表明:随着反应温度和hcl浓度的增加,20g耐腐蚀性能总体上降低;在金属表面形成的腐蚀膜呈分层结构,cl元素由内向外含量降低,外层主要成分为fe2o3,含有少量的fe3o4;hcl浓度0.1%、500℃时的腐蚀产物为针状,温度越高针状结构越大。因此,在温度高于600℃、hcl浓度大于0.2%时,20g不适用于抗蚀材料。
