燃煤锅炉掺烧生物质的经济性分析

Abstract:
选用稻草、木屑和谷壳为生物质原料,分析计算了不同生物质掺烧比对锅炉性能的影响。结果表明:燃煤机组掺烧生物质易造成锅炉主燃烧区结渣,受热面腐蚀,锅炉燃烧效率降低;生物质的掺混比和燃料特性对锅炉运行的安全经济性影响显著。应选择合适的生物质并适当减少生物质的掺混比,可以解决生物质与煤混燃所引起的锅炉燃烧效率下降及腐蚀结渣等问题,进一步促进生物质能的利用。
