超临界600mw机组汽轮机转子蠕变特性研究

Abstract:
应用多维应力蠕变本构方程及norton3参数模型,在给定的温度场和应力场的作用下,对某台超临界660mw机组高中压转子的蠕变特性进行了计算。结果表明:发生蠕变的主要区域为该转子过桥汽封至中压第3级动叶之间的轴段;因蠕变的发生,10500h后,该转子将发生弯曲,而且随着弯曲的不断发展,弯曲速率将不断增大,尤其是转子中部过桥汽封处的弯曲速率最大。计算结果与该转子的实际弯曲测量结果相符。
