新型过/再热器化学清洗剂的性能研究

Abstract:

针对目前大型机组锅炉过/再热器的化学清洗,研制出一种复合有机清洗剂cocca。模拟实际清洗工况,对其性能进行了测试,结果表明:该清洗剂对过/再热器氧化皮具有优异的溶解和防剥离特性,从而可避免化学清洗过程中垂直u(w)型管的堵塞;同时对过/再热器金属用材具有良好的相容性,对铁素体钢的均匀腐蚀速率小于1.0g/m2/h,无点蚀;对奥氏体不锈钢无晶间腐蚀,不影响其力学性能;对加载极限应力的奥氏体不锈钢不会产生应力腐蚀裂纹,是一种性能优异的过/再热器化学清洗剂。
