Abstract:

systematicalanalysisonfactorsaffectingthecoldendsystemwasconducted.theoptimizationmodelwasobtained,whichregardedtheminimumcoalconsumptionrateasthetargetfunction,usedseveralobjectiveconditionsasthevariables,suchasflowandtemperatureofthecirculatingwater,sub?coolingdegreeofthecondenser,foulingandairleakageinthecondenser.geneticalgorithmwasemployedtooptimizethemultiplefactors,andtheoptimizationconditionsfortheminimumcoalconsumptionrateandthecorrespondingparameterswereobtained.comparisonindicatedthatthisgeneticalgorithmnotonlycanoptimizethecoldendsystemquicklyandaccurately,butalsocancompensatetheeconomicefficiencydropthatcausedbydefectsofsomeparametersthroughautomaticadjustmentoftheparameters.
