双套管气力输灰管道优化改造

Abstract:
安徽华电宿州发电有限公司一期超临界2×600mw机组双套管正压浓相气力输灰系统的内、外管磨损严重,分析发现这是由于2根内管相连处存在缝隙,压缩空气从缝隙处高速喷出改变了输送物料的正常状态,形成了无规律的强烈紊流,从而导致管道的严重磨损。将内管连接由对接方式改为卡套式后,消除了连接缝隙,彻底解决了此问题。
