330mw机组对冲燃烧锅炉燃烧问题综合治理

Abstract:
从设备、运行及控制3方面对某330mw机组对冲燃烧锅炉的风道振动、燃烧不稳、喷口结焦等问题进行了分析,发现这是由于暖风器阻力大引起风机工作状态不正确、锅炉配风控制逻辑及配风方式不当所致。通过减少暖风器阻力,修正控制逻辑,优化调整配风方式后,上述问题得以解决,锅炉热效率上升了0.75%,厂用电率下降0.2%,nox排放量降低约50%。
