直接空冷凝汽器流动加速腐蚀的影响因素

Abstract:

采用正交试验方法研究了空冷岛运行状态下温度、溶解氧含量、ph值、碱化剂种类和流速对碳钢部件流动加速腐蚀(fac)的影响。结果表明:温度对空冷岛fac的影响最大,溶解氧量次之,流速影响较小;碱化剂的使用与ph值相关,其联合作用不可忽视;水中溶解氧含量较低时,由于会影响金属表面fe2o3保护膜的形成,使得金属易产生fac,此时,提高水中溶解氧量可有效抑制fac。
