左旋精氨酸对岛状皮瓣缺血再灌注后微循环的影响

Abstract:
目的研究应用外源性左旋精氨酸提高大鼠岛状皮瓣皮瓣成活率的机制。方法建立sd大鼠腹部岛状皮瓣模型,对侧股动脉插管注射左旋精氨酸后,观测皮瓣微循环血量、局部组织mda和no水平及7d后皮瓣成活率等方面的变化。结果与对照组相比较,左旋精氨酸治疗组皮瓣微循环血量增加,组织no合成增多,mda水平降低,7d后皮瓣成活率显著提高。结论左旋精氨酸作为no生成剂,可以通过增加组织no含量而改善皮瓣微循环,进而减少组织缺血再灌注损伤而提高皮瓣成活率。
