分离纯化大鼠肺泡ⅱ型细胞中水通道蛋白-4的表达

Abstract:
目的观察经分离纯化的大鼠肺泡ⅱ型上皮细胞水通道蛋白-4(aqp4)的表达。方法对大鼠肺泡ⅱ型上皮细胞进行分离、纯化,经过特殊染色及电镜鉴定,用免疫细胞化学及免疫电镜方法检测水通道蛋白-4在该单细胞上的表达。结果大鼠肺泡ⅱ型细胞免疫细胞化学水通道蛋白-4呈强阳性,免疫电镜结果细胞膜上可见高电子密度阳性反应。结论水通道蛋白-4存在于分离的大鼠肺泡ii型细胞膜上,对呼吸系统水转运可能起到重要作用。
