转染人pigr的小鼠鼻咽上皮细胞在ebv感染前后基因表达谱差异

Abstract:

目的应用cdna阵列技术研究转染人多聚免疫球蛋白受体(hpigr)的二亚硝基哌嗪(n,n’-dinitrosoperazine,dnp)转化的小鼠鼻咽上皮(tmne)细胞系在ebv感染前后基因表达谱差异,探索ebv在鼻咽癌发病过程中的作用及鼻咽癌的发病机制。方法提取转染hpigr的tmne细胞在ebv感染前后的总rna,逆转录成α-32p-datp标记的cdna探针,与atlastmmousecancerarray1.2阵列膜进行杂交。利用atlasimagetm软件分析基因表达差异。结果共有25个基因表达水平发生了改变,有23个基因表达上调,2个基因表达下调。结论ebv感染可使转染细胞的多个基因表达发生改变,这些基因可能与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有关。
