陈旧性旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折的手术治疗

Abstract:
目的探讨陈旧性旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的效果。方法本组9例采用骶髂关节前后联合入路切开复位手术治疗。结果随访6~30月,骨盆骨折均获良好复位。临床功能恢复满意,9例患者均下地行走,8例无腰腿痛、患肢缩短等并发症。结论骶髂关节前后联合入路手术可有效复位固定旋转及垂直不稳定骨盆骨折,矫正畸形,重建骨盆环的稳定性。
