百赛诺对慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫应答的影响

Abstract:

目的研究百赛诺治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chb)对患者外周血单个核细胞(pbmc)培养上清il-4、il-10和ifn-γ水平的影响。方法选择30例chb患者给予百赛诺治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月和3个月抽取全血,同时选择7例健康人群作为对照组。结果chb组pbmc培养上清分泌il-4水平显著高于对照组[(17.18±7.43)pg/mlvs(8.24±4.16)pg/ml,p<0.05],而ifn-γ水平则显著低于对照组[(36.25±19.92)pg/mlvs(121.68±44.40)pg/ml,p<0.01)];百赛诺治疗后,在第3个月ifn-γ水平较治疗前显著升高[(53.19±7.28)pg/mlvs(36.25±19.92)pg/ml,p<0.05],il-4水平则较治疗前显著降低[(9.74±7.75)pg/mlvs(17.18±7.43)pg/ml,p<0.01];hbeag阳性组百赛诺治疗后il-4水平较治疗前下降,ifnγ水平较治疗前上升,均有统计学意义[(8.74±6.12)pg/mlvs(20.51±9.16)pg/ml,(50.71±30.76)pg/mlvs(26.03±10.48)pg/ml,p<0.05];而hbeag阴性组各细胞因子水平治疗前后无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论百赛诺治疗chb可提高患者th1型细胞因子、降低th2型细胞因子水平,在chb治疗中有一定调节免疫功能的临床价值。
