s100a4基因差异表达与肾癌细胞分化、转移的关系

Abstract:

目的探讨s100a4基因mrna表达与肾癌细胞分化、转移的关系。方法提取31例肾癌及正常组织配对标本的总rna,用rt-pcr方法测定s100a4基因表达,并结合临床资料,对s100a4基因差异表达与肾癌病人临床表现的相关性进行分析研究。结果31例配对标本采用rt-pcr方法分别进行s100a4mrna荧光检测比较,29例标本肿瘤组织中s100a4基因mrna表达明显高于癌旁正常肾组织。其中低分化肿瘤组病人的s100a4指数高于高分化组(7.94vs5.06,p<0.001);发生转移(包括淋巴结转移和远处转移)者高于无转移者(9.61vs5.53,p<0.001);低年龄组病人(≤50岁)s100a4指数与高年龄组无明显差异(6.31vs6.66,p>0.05);肾颗粒细胞癌组与透明细胞癌组无明显差异(6.98vs6.02,p>0.05);肿瘤直径≤5cm组与>5cm组无明显差异(5.95vs6.93,p>0.05)。结论肾癌组织中s100a4基因mrna可望作为肾细胞癌的病情发展及指导临床治疗的标记物之一;s100a4基因表达与肾细胞癌分化有关,癌组织s100a4mrna测定有助于判定肿瘤的预后;s100a4基因差异表达与肾细胞癌转移明显相关。
