靶向药物载体-磁流体的制备及表面改性

Abstract:
应用化学共沉淀法制得以fe3o4为母核的磁流体,并用葡聚糖-70对其进行表面改性,同时对用葡聚糖改性后的磁流体在强碱条件下链接6个碳的有机物链,考察其化学和物理稳定性,并利用现代分析手段如激光粒度仪、ft-ir、xrd、tem等对其进行表征。经过处理后的磁流体具有很强的耐酸碱能力,外观、稳定性和母核结构未发生明显变化。表面葡聚糖的存在大大增加了磁流体的稳定性,适合在苛刻条件下用作药物载体或者进一步与具有相应活性基团的药物相结合。
