液质联用技术对复方蒲公英灌肠液的色谱指纹图谱的分析

Abstract:
目的确定复方蒲公英灌肠液中的活性成分。方法利用三维高效液相色谱对复方蒲公英灌肠液的乙酸乙酯部分分离分析,采用液相色谱？质谱联用技术对其色谱图谱进行确定。结果通过质谱的质荷比(m/z)及色谱保留时间的相互比较,确定了咖啡酸、阿魏酸和原儿茶醛3种活性成分。结论液质联用技术可用于复方蒲公英灌肠液的定性分析。
