胰岛素对全血血小板膜p-选择素表达影响的研究

Abstract:
目的探讨胰岛素对血小板膜p-选择素表达的影响。方法建议全血血小板膜p-选择素表达的流式细胞术(fcm)测定方法,观察健康青年人胰岛素在静止和活化状态下对血小板膜p-选择素表达的影响。结果胰岛素对正常人静息血小板膜p-选择素表达无明显影响;而显著抑制凝血酶、胶原活化的血小板膜p-选择素的上调表达,且该效应呈剂量和时间依赖性。结论胰岛素可抑制活化血小板膜p-选择素的表达。
