溶血磷脂酸受体在人卵巢癌细胞系3ao？skov3？ovcar3中的表达及其意义

Abstract:
目的研究溶血磷脂酸(lpa)受体在人卵巢癌细胞系中基因和蛋白的表达及意义。方法采用半定量rt-pcr、免疫细胞化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白？过氧化物酶连接(sp)法和westernblotting检测lpa1、lpa2和lpa3mrna以及lpa2和lpa3蛋白在人卵巢癌细胞系3ao？skov3？ovcar3中的表达水平。结果(1)rt-pcr结果显示,lpa1、lpa2和lpa3mrna在人卵巢癌细胞系中均有不同程度的表达;(2)免疫细胞化学和westernblotting结果显示,lpa2和lpa3蛋白在人卵巢癌细胞系中均有表达。结论lpa1、lpa2和lpa3在人卵巢癌细胞系中广泛表达,lpa2和lpa3可能参与了卵巢癌的发生发展过程。
