巨噬细胞移动抑制因子蛋白在胰腺癌组织表达的临床意义

Abstract:
目的观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(mif)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术对36例胰腺癌组织中的mif蛋白表达进行研究。结果胰腺癌组织中的mif表达率为69.4%(25/36),高于正常胰腺组织表达率0(0/10)。统计学分析显示,mif蛋白表达与胰腺癌病理分级呈显著相关(p<0.01),与胰腺癌临床分期及有无局部淋巴结转移间无显著相关(p>0.05)。结论mif蛋白表达有可能与胰腺癌的发生有关。
