供肾质量和受者体质量与移植肾远期功能的关系

Abstract:
目的探讨肾移植术后供肾质量、受者体质量及二者比值与远期肾功能的关系。方法对108例肾移植手术病人的供肾质量、受者体质量及二者的比值与受者术后3年血肌酐值进行线性相关分析。结果供肾质量与术后3年血肌酐值呈负相关(p<0.05);受者体质量与术后3年血肌酐值呈正相关影响(p<0.01);供肾质量及受者体质量的比值与术后3年血肌酐值呈负相关(p<0.01)。结论供肾质量、受者体质量及二者的比值与远期移植肾功能的关系应引起重视,体质量较大的受者应尽量选择较重的供肾相配。
