小柴胡汤对内异症大鼠异位内膜的作用

Abstract:
目的探讨小柴胡汤(xcht)对大鼠子宫内膜异位症(内异症)异位内膜的作用。方法建立大鼠内异症动物模型,通过透射电镜技术观察xcht对异位内膜细胞结构的影响。结果中、高剂量xcht(500、750g/l)组对异位内膜生长有非常显著的抑制作用,异位内膜体积明显减小(p<0.01),低剂量xcht(250g/l)组异位内膜体积也显著减小(p<0.05),而对照组体积无显著变化(p>0.05)。透射电镜下可见中、高剂量xcht组治疗后腺上皮细胞出现凋亡特征,表现为细胞体积变小、核固缩、胞质和核染色质凝集、密度增高、细胞间有凋亡小体,同时间质细胞中也可见一些坏死细胞或退行性改变。结论xcht对内异症大鼠异位内膜有明显抑制作用,其作用机制可能是通过调整宿主局部环境中的免疫状态和功能而诱导细胞凋亡和坏死。
