超分割放射治疗结合化疗治疗ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌70例临床分析

Abstract:
目的评价超分割放射治疗结合化疗治疗不能手术的ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(nsclc)的疗效。方法将70例不能手术的ⅲ期nsclc患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用超分割放射治疗,对照组采用常规放疗,评价并比较两组疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为60.0%和40.0%(p=0.031,有显著性差异),完全缓解率分别为8.6%和5.7。治疗组和对照组的中位生存期和1、2年生存率分别为12.8个月vs9.4个月、48.6%vs34.3%、25.7%vs17.1%,无显著性差异。主要的毒副作用是骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎。结论超分割放射治疗结合同期化疗提高了不能手术的ⅲ期nsclc的近期有效率,但未能改善生存率。
