婴儿骨皮质增生症合并继发性再生障碍性贫血1例报告

Abstract:
患儿,男,2岁6个月。因双下肢无力、肌肉萎缩1月余,反复发热1周就诊。查体:体温38.5℃,双下肢肌及臀肌萎缩,肌力ⅲ级,可站立,步态不稳,四肢肌张力减低。感觉系统检查示无特殊改变;腹壁反射、提睾反射双侧对称。跟腱反射、膝腱反射亢进。双侧巴氏症、踝阵挛阳性,腰骶部神经刺激征阳性。辅助检查:肌电图检查未见特征性改变,血常规示wbc3.19×109/l、淋巴细胞比例81%增高、rbc3.08×1012/l、plt65×109/l。腰椎穿刺示脑脊液压力稍高。诊断为“亚急性脊髓炎”。
