酷似原发性肝癌的肝巨大血管瘤1例报告

Abstract:
患者男,56岁,因乏力、纳差右上腹隐痛10d于2003年5月23日入院。腹部呈持续性闷痛,无阵发性加重,与体位无关,2周内体质量下降约3kg。查体:皮肤、巩膜无黄染,无皮疹及瘀斑,未见肝掌、蜘蛛痣,心肺检查正常,肝大右肋下5cm,质偏硬,轻度触痛,脾未触及,肝区叩击痛,无腹水征。
