表皮生长因子受体介导的plc-g1水解pip2的数学建模

Abstract:

目的探讨表皮生长因子刺激下磷脂酶c-g1(plc-g1)水解细胞膜上pip2(pip2)的动力学特性。方法根据质量作用定律,利用微分方程对pip2的代谢途径进行数学建模。结果建立了pip2水解过程中关键产物浓度的微分方程,分析了各个参数对这些水解产物的影响。结论这个数学模型为进一步描述pip2代谢循环的生物学特征和主要产物间浓度依赖关系的动态变化奠定了基础。
