成人分泌性中耳炎鼓膜置管的远期疗效

Abstract:
目的探讨成人分泌性中耳炎(otitismediawitheffusion,ome)鼓膜置管后的远期疗效及其相关影响因素。方法回顾分析153例非肿瘤因素所致的ome患者接受鼓膜置管术且随访12~18个月的病历资料。结果153例中,81例以前曾接受过1次以上的置管术。术后随防12~18个月,89例的通气管己排出,其中55例ome复发。通气管排出后ome的复发与鼻腔和咽鼓管口病变显著相关。结论成年ome患者存在的潜在病变是通气管排出后导致ome复发的主要原因。因此,鼓膜置管的同时寻找并治疗潜在病变才有可能取得更好的远期效果。
