血清s100蛋白联合tps检测在乳腺癌临床诊治中的意义

Abstract:
目的研究血清s100蛋白及组织多肽特异性抗原(tps)在乳腺癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法elisa法测定48例乳腺癌患者和92例对照组成员血清s100蛋白和tps水平。结果乳腺癌患者血清s100蛋白(中位值)为0.024μg/l,tps(中位值)为135u/l;血清s100蛋白的阳性率为14.6%(7/48),tps阳性率为50%(24/48),其中ⅳ期患者血清s100蛋白70%(7/10)阳性,tps阳性率60%(6/10);病情进展,血清s100蛋白与tps增高;远处转移患者血清s100蛋白较局部复发患者明显升高。结论血清s100蛋白及tps水平的升高预示乳腺癌患者病情恶化,可用于乳腺癌分期判断及病情监测。
