rt-pcr法检测肾癌组织中mn/caⅸ基因表达

Abstract:
目的评价rt-pcr法检测碳酸酐酶ⅸ(mn/caⅸ)基因在肾癌组织的表达的可靠性。方法以5例肾癌和5例正常肾组织为研究对象,提取总rna,两步法进行rt-pcr反应,用mn/caⅸ的特异性引物扩增,2%琼脂糖凝胶电泳后观察并测序。结果经过测序证实5例肾癌组织的rt-pcr产物中有4例可见特异的mn/caⅸ条带,而正常肾组织的rt-pcr产物均无相应的mn/caⅸ条带。结论rt-pcr法检测mn/caⅸ在肾癌组织中的表达是准确、可靠的。
