大肠侧向发育型肿瘤原代培养细胞的电镜观察

Abstract:
目的研究大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(lst)细胞经原代培养的细胞株的超微结构特点。方法将1例经肠镜切除的直肠lst细胞进行原代培养建株,然后进行扫描电镜及透射电镜观察,并与直肠腺癌及正常粘膜上皮细胞超微结构进行对照。结果lst原代培养的细胞表面被覆大量微绒毛,胞浆内有较多溶酶体、线粒体和吞噬颗粒,核异型性明显,核仁巨大,异型核沟。结论lst原代培养细胞具有高度恶性倾向。
