基因芯片用于鼠疫快速诊断的初步研究

Abstract:
目的将基因芯片技术用于鼠疫的快速诊断。方法分别采用rd标记技术对鼠疫耶尔森菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和假结核耶尔森菌的dna样品进行标记,与芯片上的探针进行杂交。结果芯片能将鼠疫耶尔森菌与同属的2种致病性细菌鉴别开。结论基因芯片是一种有效的诊断工具,可用于鼠疫的诊断。
